- One thing people might not know about me is that I am a total science geek! I hold an MSc in genetics and spent my university years working in a research laboratory at a time when groundbreaking work on DNA sequencing was just beginning.
- My favourite book is The Last Convertible by Anton Myrer. Spanning three decades, it is a wonderful coming of age story about a group of friends whose life experiences explore themes we can all relate to: fate, timing, love and loss.
- My favourite trip was a three week European cruise with my husband and two teenage sons in 2009, just shortly after the financial crisis hit. It was a fun and fast paced trip that required all of us to adapt quickly to whatever was happening to us at that moment in time. As a parent, it was exceptionally rewarding to see my sons embrace other cultures and really appreciate the historical significance of all the places we visited. It also broadened their love of travel.
- When I'm not modelling, I love playing the piano, practicing tai chi, and acting. These hobbies help keep my energy levels both high and positive and let those creative juices flow.
