What's your favourite film or book?

I will forever love, "Finding Nemo". All of the characters are full of personality and the animation quality has withstood the test of time. 

Favourite dish to make? 

Although messy, I like making chocolate mousse. Avocados, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in a blender makes the most satisfying vegan snack. I feel very "cheffy" because I modified the recipe to include soft tofu!

What's your favourite trip you've taken? 

I was amazed by the fantasy I found in Paris. Everyday, I returned to side streets to look into fashion houses decorated like museums. Each item was a piece of art and I was inspired. Being fluent in French allowed me to explore the culture the city had to offer. 

What are three words you would use to describe yourself? 

Disciplined, charismatic, and imaginative!
