When you’re not modelling, what else are you up to?
I attend law school in the United Kingdom at a Russell Group university. I find that too often in life people are told that we cannot strive to immerse ourselves in multi-disciplinary areas, thereby confining our dreams and ambitions. The Lizbell Agency embracing and continuously supporting my journey through law school and modelling has been incredible.
What if anything did you learn about yourself during this past year of Covid?
Covid – like for many – was a challenging, yet insightful time. Covid hit right after I graduated from the University of British Columbia, which left me in an immensely stagnant-feeling position for the first time in my life. I decided to take the time to reconnect with myself and my family. I learned to appreciate the time we got to spend together and the time I got to spend alone. Furthermore, I learned that life is too short and too fragile to spend it doing things that do not make me happy.

What is your biggest motivation?
My motivation is to learn from every experience I have. I view myself as a work in progress, and every day I try to become a better version of myself. Who I was yesterday is not the same person as I am today. We are all by-products of our experiences; we are influenced through our interpersonal interactions, work, upbringings, and relationships. I think at the end of the day the human experience is the goal to achieve self-actualization.
